At Sawmill Creek Resort, we want you to have an effortless time with your friends and family. That’s why we've moved to all cashless payments throughout the resort. Simply swipe or tap your credit card, debit card or smart device with Apple Pay or Google Pay where you would normally use cash. It’s faster, safer and always secure. Please note that Apple Pay & Google Pay are not accepted at the front desk for reservation expenses.
No card? No problem! At our Cash-to-Card Kiosks, you can convert your cash into a prepaid debit card you can use anywhere – not just inside the resort- with no fees. It’s easy and FREE!
VISA, Mastercard, Discover and American Express credit cards and most debit cards are accepted for payment. We also accept Apple Pay and Google Pay. The resort has multiple Cash-to-Card kiosks located throughout to allow you to convert your cash to a prepaid card with no fee. Leftover funds can be used anywhere VISA is accepted.
There are no fees to convert your cash to a prepaid card. If the card is used regularly there are no additional monthly fees. If the card is not used for a transaction after 92 days, a fee of $3.95 will be deducted from the remaining balance each month until the balance is emptied.
Up to $500 can be loaded on a card. Minimum amount is $5.
Prepaid cards are not reloadable.
Cards can be used anywhere Visa is accepted.
The balance on the prepaid card can be checked at a Cash-to-Card kiosk, online at RCbalance.com or by calling the number found on the back of the card.
By going cashless, we are able to conduct contact-less transactions, and it's faster, safer and always secure.
The kiosk will provide you with a receipt. Take the receipt to the front desk. The front desk agent will work with the kiosk provider to verify the error and then load the funds onto a prepaid card.
Tips to any service member may still be paid in cash, or added onto the final bill paid by a cashless transaction.
