  Grilled Salmon with Green Curry Sauce

1- 4oz salmon fillet
Marinate salmon in brown sugar, soy and ground ginger.
Top with caramelized onions

Green Curry Sauce
1 ½ tablespoons green curry paste
½    tablespoons curry powder, Madras Hot (or to taste)
2 cups coconut milk
1 cup chicken broth
2 teaspoons sugar
1 teaspoons basil leaves
4 teaspoons fresh lime juice
1 ½ tablespoons fresh basil, chopped
Stir together green curry paste, curry powder, coconut milk, chicken broth, sugar and basil leaves in a sauce pan. Simmer for 5 min. Spoon atop grilled salmon fillets and top with fresh squeezed lime juice and fresh basil.
